[Drakojan Skies Episode 1]

Well..

look the animation if GREAT 10 outta 10 for graphics animation and overall visual presentation.
The sound well the music was awesome, the voices were okay. Not great but i cud live with them. But seeing as how the animation was only long enough for 2 sentences to be spoken thats not saying much.

The major problem with this definately wasnt the graphics, or the sound or the voices.

It was the length. This was WAYY too short, i didnt even get a storyline from it it was that short, all i got were a few bombs falling and some dragons kiling people. The only reason i have a faint idea of whats going on is because of the description you wrote.

I know alot of ppl bitch when the backstory of a movie is too long, but its better than no backstory at all, and its not like addint a minute long animated explanation of whats going on wud hurt this animation, it'd atleast make it longer than 40 seconds.

So the only 3 things wrong with this = backstory, voices, length.
Only thing right with it = everything visual.

well..

Not much to say really, some parts RULED, while others...well sucked. I didnt really like the song i mean it was okay is sppose, i think one thing this flash did however was make me relive my grief at how short the gundam wing series was. man i lurved that show =( and evangelion.

good...but could've been better.

i liked the music n stuff i mean it suited the clip, but the story is kind of cliche'. the style is very patchy and the 3d backrounds didnt go at all with the 2d animation.

i love the 3d city you put together it was amazing and must have taken countless hours

. i like the 2d drawings and, while they arent what they could be, are still commendable, the sound was nice, the storyline was lame.

while the 2d drawings werent bad and the 3d city was awesome, when put together they just didnt fit, it ended up looking very out of place, you used colours that just didnt blend with the environment making the 2d stick out like a sore thumb from the luscious 3d.

honestly wouldve been much better if you'de stuck to a single medium, either 2d or 3d.

after all that i gave it a 4 because while it has errors, it still pwnz half the competition. good on ya eh ;-)

no1 doubts the animation.
however a few reveiwers before me are commenting on system of a down.

system of a dwon dusnt suck. Albeit there obviously not the best band in history but they are pretty freakin awesome. they're unique and they bring good to the genre. Just because you dont like there type of music doesnt mean they suck it means your too shallow minded to appreciate it.

I'm not there number one fan and i dont even like them that much but they are an excellent band and this is a great song.

anyway just trying to correct some of the idiots which will inevitably say stupid things.

great animation guys keep it up!

i've been watching you flashes and following your tutorials and i finally got it. i finally understand what is so absolutely wonderful about all your work. Its this. one very simple word. Unique.

All your work is COMPLETELY unique. I challenge any1 to search the net and find any peice of independant animation as unique as the flash concotions you seem to come up with.

This reminds me of another clip on newgrounds that used to be in the top 100 ahh it had sum chap name about a girl named marin lol i loved that.
this wasnt as good but definately great and i love your drawings.

all i was thinkin thru the whole movie was ninja kirby...

to be honest i liked the violence but the idea is getting stale...
what with 10000 eps or madness

and then a billion other series and single violence based animations i mean
